Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take my insurance?
When I thought about starting my own practice, I decided I would do a mainly cash-based clinic, and here's why:

-Insurance often regulates how I can treat and the number of visits I can treat my patients.

-Dealing with insurance is a pain; there is more paperwork, and there are other requirements for insurance that take time away from actually treating patients.

-Without the restrictions of insurance, I can treat you how long and how often you need/want.

-I can treat you for multiple problems- not just what is on a doctor's prescription.
What's bothering you today?

-I can give better quality of care and spend more one-on-one time with patients.
I accept Medicare and Blue Cross Blue Shield. For other insurances, I would be considered an out-of-network provider. Some insurances may reimburse you an amount for out-of-network providers, and I would be happy to give you a print-out of services that you may submit to your insurance. Check your insurance for their policy.
Can I pay with my HSA card?
Yes! Health savings plans/Flex Spending cards are accepted.
Do you offer late appointments?
Yes. Call or send me a message to set up an evening appointment.
When is payment due?
Payment is due at the time of service. You may purchase a treatment package for a number of future visits at a lower rate.
Who will do my treatment?
All your treatments will be done by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. You will be with the physical therapist your entire treatment time.
